Shipping Policy

We are a very small business. Orders will be process from 2- 10 BUSINESS DAYS from the date order was placed. This means we have up to 10 days to made, process and shipped your order. Shipping is Always FREE. Once your order is shipped you will get an email with tracking information. After order is shipped any inquiries should be address to USPS or UPS se they can best serve you.

 

* During High Season ( Mid October to first week of January)it may take a little longer for carriers to deliver your order. Please keep this in mind when ordering.*
 

When the order appears "delivered" by carrier there is NOTHING MoonZ is responsible for or can do, you must work with the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages you must work with the shipping provider.

*Items returned to sender because of a customer address error will be recharged the shipping rate*
